Joe has been a practicing sports masseur since 2006, when he qualified in Neuromuscular therapy from Dublin's college of complimentary therapy. He works with clients of all athletic ability's from competitive marathon runners, through to those who enjoy hectic and stressfull lifestyles. He uses a variety of Massage waxes all of which are from his native country New Zealand. Joe utilises a variety of techniques such as deep tissue massage and trigger point release, to add length to shortened muscles.
