This is curcuit based class consisting of Cardio, speed, strength and boxing style 45 second bursts to challange the mind and body.

This class focuses on core stability. Using moves that target arms, abs, legs, bums, thighs, chest etc ... All moves conducted use the fitball and the class is generally low impact.
Kettlebells
45 minute of strength and pulse raising intervals, to challange the body and burn fat. Combinations of upper body , legs and core exresizes the total workout package !
