This class is a combination of Aerobics, Step and Body Conditioning. It will help improve fitness, co-ordination, stamina and strength. Suitable for all levels no two classes is the same!
Body Combo
An interesting, but fun workout using all different pieces of equipment designed to help increase strength, build stamina, increase fitness and improve co-ordination. A challenging class effective for everyone.
Body Toning
This class uses high repetition exercises to help lean body mass with funky moves. It will help focus on posture, core stability using weights or bands and your own body weight. Again this is most effective and a low impact workout suitable for all levels.
Cardio Tone
This is a class designed around circuits, one minute cardio: one minute tone. This is done using mainly the Reebok decks, various weights and sometimes Swiss Balls. The class will work all areas of the body giving an enjoyable, but challenging workout.
Circuits
This class uses a variety of exercise stations to work all areas of the body. It will help increase cardiovascular endurance, improve stamina, build strength and help develop co-ordination. This is a highly motivational class suitable for everyone
Fitball
This class focuses on core stability. Using moves that target arms, abs, legs, bums, thighs, chest etc ... All moves conducted use the fitball and the class is generally low impact.
Khai Bo
This is the original non-contact aerobic martial arts workout. It combines the dynamic punching and kicking of oriental martial arts (tae kwondo, karate, kung fu, muay thai etc.) The instructor is not aiming to teach martial arts, self defence or combat. Khai bo is safe and simple. No previous martial arts or boxing experience is needed. Khai Bo generally uses the upper body, however the legs get a great workout too. It will help to improve muscular strength, endurance and tone.
Spin
This is a group cycling class to music to improve your overall fitness and stamina. You will burn calories like never before using a combination of hill climbs, sprints, endurance and upper body activities on a fixed stationary bike with each participant being able to pick there own resistance
Step n Tone
This class is a stepping workout using a variety of challenging moves, now using our new Reebok decks. This enables the instructor to vary the routine where it has never been possible before. The class will work all lower parts of the body, upper body and even the abdominals. Suitable for all levels of fitness.
Thai Boxing
Thai Boxing is the national sport of Thailand and is widely regarded as the most effective stand up martial art in the world. Known as the art of 8 limbs it uses not just kicks and punches but also knees elbows and striking weapons together with a form of stand up grappling often referred to a clinch work, which means if you add them altogether you have a very effective system of self defence.
Thighs Bums and Tums
This class is designed to target the areas just as it says! Using variety of exercise this can be done using weights and or simply your own body weight. Standing or lying. This is very effective and is suitable for all levels.
